To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items such a rings, custom pendants and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged.

- We'll provide you with return instructions, including return shipping label (for eligible items) we would need to deduct a shipping fee of £4.95 from the total.
- Package the item securely and include the original invoice.
- Send the package to the provided address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund in the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 14- 21 business days of processing.

For items requiring additional wait time i.e preorder/ premium items where the notice is displayed the delivery time will be the additional time indicated in the listing. If you have ordered items with differing time schedules we will wait for all to be ready before dispatching in one shipment. It is advised to expect the longer delivery time indicated.
