Return & Exchange
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. We are only able to consider UK ex Ireland purchases on a case by case basis. International orders are not eligible.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items such a rings, custom pendants and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged. Note that we keep proof of item dispatched as evidence of quality before shipping therefore we will not accept used items or customers changing their mind.
*We have a strict no return/ refund on preorder items requiring additional wait time.
3. Return & Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer support team via: info@arlois.com to initiate the process.
- You are responsible for the return shipping label to UK address (for eligible items) we would also deduct a shipping fee of £4.95 from the total for the original postage fee incurred.
- Package the item securely and include the original invoice.
- Send the package to the provided address.
4. Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund in the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 14- 21 business days of processing.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
Your products have already been quality inspected prior to shipping however If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package with proof. The product will need to be returned for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
