1. 7-Day Return Period:

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items such a rings, custom pendants and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Return & Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer support team via: info@arlois.com to initiate the process.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions, including return shipping label (for eligible items) we would need to deduct a shipping fee of £4.95 from the total.
3. Package the item securely and include the original invoice.
4. Send the package to the provided address.

4. Refunds & Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund in the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 14- 21 business days of processing.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, as our jewellery is custom and handmade in rare circumstances such as seasonal periods, we may experience a delay. We will try our best to make sure you receive your purchase in time, we appreciate your patience.

For items requiring additional wait time i.e preorder/ premium items where the notice is displayed the delivery time will be the additional time indicated in the listing. If you have ordered items with differing time schedules we will wait for all to be ready before dispatching in one shipment. It is advised to expect the longer delivery time indicated.

It is your responsibility to take note of the tracking code provided and arrange a suitable time for delivery in case you are not available. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of deliveries and proof of all items shipped along with tracking will be provided.

Your purchase comes with a Arlois Jewellery care brochure. For our Solid Gold Jewellery we recommend the following:

Use a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap with a soft-bristled brush. Then, polish it with a specialized jewelry polishing cloth or jewelry cleaning solution. Store in pouch when not in use.

Arlois jewelerry is delicate made from Solid Gold which should last a lifetime. Please avoid harsh contact with objects that can chip or scratch the finish.
