Returns and Exchanges FAQs
We offer a 7-Day Return Period. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged.
Contact our customer support team at info@arlois.com to initiate the process. We'll provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping label (for eligible items). Please note that a shipping fee of £4.95 will be deducted from the total.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund in the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 14-21 business days of processing.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
